Sourcing
It maps the most relevant projects to those you have won or want to win. We find the specific people with evidence of having done the thing you need to do. No scope for AI fakes, all cross referenced and checked.

Sourcing talent not on the market, who have connected to your actual mission, your people and your culture, this is about higher skills for longer projects, hiring is the start not the destination. It takes a Village :-)
We solve the talent mobility problems for the people NOT IN your hiring process.
We solve the talent mobility problems for the people NOT IN your hiring process. In video and elsewhere on this site, you will see evidence from journalists, critical government advisors, sector-specialized consultants, leading academics, and even the Taoiseach discussing Ireland's National Development Plan.
The programme is equivalent to circa €1,000 a minute invested from now and all the other 4.9 million minutes until the end of 2035; a workforce of 130,000 is needed to deliver it. Greater levels of people joining construction and infrastructure will be part of it, but experienced hiring is already a problem. #WVH already has the most data on Ireland's NDP workforce recruitment and retention.
Unless we engineer it, we will end up with a very male workforce, with poor retention and high costs due to additional services which our technology removes. #WVH does currently create housing in Ireland, but that is because it's the main issue stopping the near-shore, more balanced, and often more technical talent from joining in. (as well as our own coming back)
However, our USP is to fix all problems at scale. It takes a Village.
We got America back on the move, it is about what we know, not think...
The decline in domestic talent mobility is a global phenomenon. In 2024, US state-to-state moves hit a record low of 2%. By 2025, the US experienced negative net migration for the first time in 50 years. The need to re-start domestic talent mobility has never been higher.
We proved that when you fix people’s relocation problems at scale, they will come. Across 18 US states, #WVH re-started mobility for the advanced manufacturing sector. We moved beyond standard sourcing to solve the 'whole-family' engagement issues that traditional recruitment ignores and as you see in video are listed by CBS News as the number one talent mobility problem in the USA today.
Not many Irish Start ups start in the USA and then come to focus on their home market, but we feel there is such a strong need to be part of building Ireland 2.0
#WVH = Widens the gate, never lowers the bar!
You have seen many buildings that seek to accommodate as wide a range of your society as is possible. We don’t ask who needs to use the lift, prefers the stairs, or the circumstances that make the escalator the best choice.
#WholeVillageHiring™ fixes problems for all, around the level of insight, work life integration, housing, schooling, relocation and more. However our USP is none of these things. Our USP is that outbound hiring, is able to work with a much wider scope of talent, which can fix many problems differently to the issues too often baked in, always hiring those already on the job market.
#WVH leaves the assessment of each hiring process to each client. However, the ability to target talent who are already qualified and work in your industry / sector, reduces the level of assessment needed. We will have built this into your #WVH platform from before you even start to use it. With AI powering talent engagement, we see talent acquisition professionals spending more time with their internal hiring clients, creating a more shared model of hiring, doing the job our AI can never replace, helping them to think a little wider.
#WVH and #HireAndHouse were built by Seán Fay, a veteran recruiter and serial entrepreneur who understands the industry from the inside out. This isn't tech built by outsiders; it's built by a practitioner for practitioners. Seán was Dublin City’s First Disability Ambassador, he is hard-wired to see the danger of just faster AI automation for hiring, asking the critical question: Who is not in the room, but should be?
