#WVH Hire & House....  

When we reviewed the data of advanced manufacturing talent across 17 US States with Polish talent we saw a large difference. 

While fully anonymised, when we reviewed the analytics of talent engaged in the UK about returning to Poland, we noticed that a sub group was many, many times more likely to share their engagement with friends & family before responding. 
As we have on many, many things, we started to A / B test what content was most likely to encourage this 'decision maker' to support our target hire to choose to join. Even if her response was measured in days, while the similar male talent we targeted typical responded with 'how much' in minutes. :-)
