Hiring tech has an absence of technology made by people who actually worked in the sector. #WVH was founded to ensure that as hiring moves away from services to software it actually brings more people into the room, rather than speeding up against those already on the outside. Hiring algorithms that only learn from the 'winners' already inside your business are a digital cookie cutter. Our founder is a neuro-divergent, immigrant from a low income area of London, #WVH wants to open all doors at scale.
