#WVH Widens the Gate, it Never Lowers the Bar!
All advanced manufacturers, the leading construction companies adopting MMC and infrastructure projects building smart networks obsess about the unique nature of their innovation, their culture and the importance of the intellectual property they have created. They then allow 'off the shelf' algorithms to increasingly run their hiring, over which they have little insight and no means to impact. This just does not make sense, if it matters, you need to know how it works, #WVH will always be 100% explainable AI.
Neurodivergent folks make up 2% of corporate managers in the USA, but are 300% over population as entrepreneurs. All internal corporate projects to create AI based improvements in internal processes such as recruitment can be constrained by 'who said that' over what is being said. Steve jobs worked the 'night shift' at Atari in 1974 on his own, because his 'feedback' was seen as 'abrasive.'
If you are open to partnering with a start-up on the development of AI in your hiring, with so much 'snake oil' on the market, you need someone who will always tell you the truth (as nicely as they can ;-) Supply chain inclusion is not charity, it is about parity and a 'Win – Win.’
Steve Jobs on the importance of companies staying open to new things from outside even if you're surprised to 'Take the call.'
In his voluntary role as Dublin City Disability Ambassador, the #WVH founder Seán Fay asked Ireland Inc to 'Take the Call.'
#WVH Trial
#WVH focuses on the talent that is in your market, but just not on the market. Too often companies seek unnecessary reform to the employment rules of their country to extend the use of advert driven hiring.
#WVH Review
At the end of typically 4-6 weeks trial, we review the #WVH project for evidence of the existence of the success agreed. Number of interviews, offers, hires & share your engagement data.
