#WVH was born from a deep understanding of who should be in the room, but is missing.
From better gender in STEM, more hiring from your neighbouring EU Country or US State, talent that might require some work accommodations to thrive & more, advert driven hiring has left far too many talents behind.

fhostú
On Tuesday the 23rd of September, at the Mansion House in Dublin the Founder of #WVH and Dublin City's First Disability Ambassador announced the intention to build fhostú. fhostú is the Irish for 'employ' - as a noun "The state of being employed, or having a job"
Ireland has the lowest level of employment of people with a disability in the EURO27
Companies led by a wider range of founders will hire a wider range of staff, no one asks for an accommodation at work, if the boss already needs it. The first focus of fhostú will be to connect parents of children with additional needs with role models in Ireland. People with a difference who have made a difference as entrepreneurs and whose achievements have been in commercially orientated business. If you are interested in either side of that email:

#WVH Integration
Once proven, we coordinate with your HCM/ATS supplier (ICIMS, Workday, SAP, etc.) to integrate #WVH into your existing tech stack. We handle the technical heavy lifting; you focus on your bids.
