An all Island talent market?

The Dublin based Economic and Social Research Institute (ERSI) undertook the first comprehensive study of cross-border workers on the Island of Ireland in 2024. It estimates the total number of cross-border workers to be near 20,000. Representing 2.39% of NI’s workforce & 0.73% of the Republic of Ireland. Due to investment from the Irish, UK and EU funds, train connectivity has already and will continue to increase at pace across the Island of Ireland.
Has your talent intelligence mapping assessed the scope for new hires, particularly those able to be accommodated with some scope of flexible working, to live in one state and reside in the other? Would you like for #WVH to map this for you for free?

Our easy 1+2+3 process.

1

#WVH Trial

We agree a single or multiple of targets, hires with a lower cost/time/wider scope of sourcing. E.g. we can build an Island of Ireland talent map for any job in your company 100% at our cost.

2

#WVH Review

In an online or face to face meeting we can work you through your existing talent map & show you where on the Island of Ireland are relevant talent and the scope for them to work and live on different sides of the border.

3

#WVH in my HCM

Usually we undertake projects with #WVH as a loss leader, often to scale into the US operations of companies, given it is our core market. However, in the case of 'All-Island' projects they are entirely 'Pro-Bono' and open to any company interested.
